The terms that govern your use of HollrAI.
Last updated: August 4, 2026These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of HollrAI's website and platform (the "Service"), operated by Hollr AI Pvt. Ltd. ("HollrAI," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that company to these Terms.
HollrAI provides AI-powered voice calling agents that businesses can configure to handle inbound and outbound phone conversations, including order confirmations, lead follow-ups, inquiries, feedback calls, scheduling, and support-related calls. Features, availability, and functionality may change over time as we improve the Service.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@hollr.ai if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
The Service is billed on a pay-as-you-go, per-minute basis, purchased in bundles of 100 minutes at the rate displayed on our Pricing page at the time of purchase. Custom plans are billed according to the terms agreed separately with your account representative.
You agree not to use the Service to:

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Service — including outbound calling campaigns, call recording, and data collected through calls — complies with all applicable laws in the jurisdictions you operate in, including consent, disclosure, and do-not-call requirements. HollrAI provides the platform but does not guarantee compliance on your behalf.
The Service, including its software, models, design, and branding, is owned by HollrAI and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service. You retain ownership of the content and data you submit to the Service ("Customer Data"), and you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide and improve the Service.
The Service allows you to connect third-party tools such as Cal.com, Google Calendar, Zapier, Make.com, n8n, Google Sheets, Airtable, and Zendesk. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
We aim to keep the Service available and performant but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability, and we will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HollrAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to HollrAI in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease; certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination, including billing obligations for usage already incurred, intellectual property, and limitation of liability.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
